By using or registering for the Délisse Rewards program, you consent to these terms and conditions.

To receive any benefits from the Délisse Rewards program, you are required to be registered and to provide Délisse with a valid email address.

No fees are charged by Délisse for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Délisse Rewards membership program. Délisse accepts no responsibility on any expenses that may be incurred in accessing and using a Délisse website.

Délisse accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided by anyone registered for the Délisse Rewards program.

Délisse accepts no responsibility for inability to access a Délisse website or app due to incompatible hardware or software.

If any employee of Délisse considers a Délisse Rewards membership fraudulent, it will be terminated as soon as possible and will not be able to be used.

If an error has occurred with a Délisse Rewards membership, Délisse reserves the right to change the balance. While all reasonable effort will be made in Délisse stores for points to be correctly attributed, Délisse takes no responsibility for errors that may occur with Délisse Rewards points.

If a Délisse Rewards login is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or refunded. Délisse does not accept any liability for a lost or stolen Délisse Rewards membership.

Délisse Points are the equivalent amount of credit that is available for redemption at any participating Délisse store. It is not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for cash or used anywhere other than a participating Délisse store.

Délisse Points retain their value and do not gain interest or increase in value.

The Délisse Rewards membership cannot be used with Délisse catering orders.

1. By using a Délisse voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Any Délisse voucher can only be used or redeemed once.

3. You must present your voucher at any participating Délisse store to receive the offer.

4. Délisse vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, unless specified.

5. Délisse vouchers for free product cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

6. Délisse vouchers cannot be sold.

7. The person redeeming the voucher may be liable to pay any amount outstanding after the voucher has been applied.

8. Délisse Rewards Points will only be applied to any amount paid in addition to the voucher. If no amount is paid, no Délisse Rewards Points will be earned.

1. Purchase or use of a Délisse Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person in possession of the card, regardless of who originally purchased the Délisse Gift Card.

2. A Délisse Gift Card allows you to pre-purchase credit to be used only in Délisse stores.

3. A Délisse Gift Card retains the value purchased at the time it was originally purchased and does not gain interest or increase in value.

4. Délisse Gift Cards cannot be purchased with Rewards Points.

5. Délisse Rewards Points can be earned for purchases made using the Délisse Gift Card.

6. Délisse does not provide any statements or transaction history for Délisse Gift Cards. The balance of a Délisse Gift Card can be checked at any Délisse store upon presentation of the Délisse Gift Card to a Délisse employee.

7. A Délisse Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. If a Délisse Gift Card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or refunded. Délisse does not accept any liability for a lost or stolen Délisse Gift Cards.

9. A Délisse Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer by or on behalf of Délisse.

10. If an error has occurred with a Délisse Gift Card, Délisse reserves the right to change the balance.

11. If any employee of Délisse considers a Gift Card fraudulent, it will be destroyed immediately and is not able to be used.

1. By submitting an order through a Délisse website or app, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Délisse accepts no responsibility for inability to access a Délisse website or app due to incompatible hardware or software.

3. If you are not satisfied with a particular item, please let us know, within 48 hours by telephone with as much detail as possible. An investigation will be performed with the relevant
Délisse store and if deemed appropriate, compensation may be given.

4. Délisse accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided in the order. By creating an account or submitting an order, all information submitted is to be assumed to be true and accurate. Please ensure that you check all details entered before submitting your order, as it will be processed immediately upon submission.

5. When placing a catering order, orders must be placed by 3:00pm the day before delivery is required. Délisse will only accept catering orders within the zone advertised on the Délisse catering website.

6. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified unless it is a catering order. Any cancellations or modifications to a catering order must be placed by 3:00pm the day before delivery is required. We will send you a written confirmation accepting the order cancellation or modification. If you do not receive written confirmation, the order is deemed to not have been cancelled or modified.

7. If Délisse is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, whether in part or in full, Délisse will contact the orderer to cancel or modify the order.

8. To pick up an order from the selected store, the orderer must present the order confirmation and, if a Délisse staff member deems necessary, proof of identification.

9. All orders are prepared in expectation of the pick-up or delivery time specified by the orderer. Délisse does not accept any responsibility for quality of food should the pickup or delivery occur outside of a reasonable period of time, beyond that specified by the orderer.

10. The Délisse Rewards program cannot be used with Délisse catering orders.

11. Délisse reserves the right to refuse any order on any grounds.

12. Délisse reserves the right to change pricing on any Délisse website or app at any time without notice.

1. Where Délisse allows you to provide the personal and contact details of another person, you warrant that the person has consented to their information being provided to Délisse, and to being contacted by Délisse.

2. You indemnify Délisse, its officers, representatives, employees, contractors, servants, directors and agents against all actions, claims and demands (including the cost of defending or setting aside any actions, claims and demands) arising out of or in respect of sending an email or other communication method, or any contravention of the SPAM Act 2003.
