Délidoor by Délisse is delivering authentic and delicious meals to your door, making it super easy to eat healthy at home.
Our Délidoor box contains either 6, 8 or 10 portions for lunch or dinner with vegetarian options, to be shared or spread over several meals.
All the dishes are prepared the day before delivery using only fresh ingredients by our team of Chefs. They are ready-to-eat, you just need to warm them up in the oven or the microwave.
Order your box before this Friday 4 pm and it will be delivered Tuesday the 30th before 6pm.
For now, we deliver within a radius of 20 km around the CBD.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I won't be home for the delivery ?
Unlike many of our competitors, we are not willing to use disposable packaging for each delivery due to the environmental impact. If you are not planning to be home for the delivery is you can:
1. Select a cooler bag when you first order with us - we sell them at cost.
2. When ordering, indicate where you want us to drop the bag in the delivery info section.
3. We will leave the bag at your place with an ice pack which can hold a safe temperature for up to 8 hours.
4. You can either keep the bag or leave it outside with the ice pack in it for your next delivery for our driver to swap.

What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?
Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or if it’s okay to leave your order at the reception or front gate. If you haven’t left any specific instructions, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible.
How long will my meals last for?
Delidoor ready-to-eat meals have an average shelf life of 5 days in the fridge. We recommend eating quiches and salads within 3 to 4 days.
Always check the Use By date before consumption, it is indicated on the label.
How do the meals stay fresh?
Délidoor sources the freshest produce, which are then cooked, packaged and delivered straight to your door. We use vacuum sealing. This process removes oxygen from the meals and allows the product to naturally stay fresh for as long as possible.
Can I freeze my Délidoor meals?
We offer fresh meals to ensure the best food quality.
Our ready-to-eat meals can be frozen and will last for up to three months safely when frozen below -10 degrees Celsius. We recommend against freezing salad meals.
Please note: Freezing does affect the quality of most foods and may not result in the best eating experience.
What happens if I have food allergies?
Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy-prone ingredients out of certain meals. However, they may still be present, as all of our products are produced in the same kitchen.

Délidoor delivers for free within 20 km to the CBD. If you are unsure to be in this area, please get in touch with email@example.com
What time will my order be delivered?
Our cut of time is Friday 4pm. Your order will be delivered the following Tuesday before 6 pm.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you’ll need to do so prior to your delivery area cut-off time of Friday at 4 pm. Please contact Customer Care ASAP on 0415 032 984 so we can make this change for you.
